Yesterday, we had the great pleasure of welcoming Mr. Iderbre, a prominent client from Italy, to our production facility. His visit marked a significant step in our ongoing efforts to expand the reach of our intelligent fabric cutting technology into the high-end home textile market of Southern Europe.
Mr. Iderbre’s visit focused on conducting a comprehensive technical validation and discussing potential collaboration regarding our advanced visual-based smart fabric cutting machine — the DW-1812PRO. Bringing with him six different towel and fabric samples, each varying in weight, texture, and printing techniques, Mr. Iderbre aimed to test the cutter’s performance under real-world conditions typical in the home textile industry.
Our engineering team conducted a live demonstration of the DW-1812PRO, showcasing its full workflow. Equipped with a high-precision visual positioning system powered by the Hikvision MV-CS200 industrial wide-angle camera, the machine efficiently identified irregular lace edges and intricate hollow embroidery patterns. The positioning accuracy was consistently maintained within ±0.15mm, highlighting the system’s reliability even with complex and detailed textile designs.
One of the key areas of interest for Mr. Iderbre was the cutting quality on towel materials, which are often challenging due to their softness and thickness. The DW-1812PRO exceeded expectations, delivering clean, accurate cuts that retained the integrity of each fabric type.
Impressed with the performance, Mr. Iderbre confirmed plans to initiate the procurement process for the first machine within the next two weeks. This successful technical validation not only demonstrated the capabilities of our solution but also laid a strong foundation for future strategic cooperation. It represents a major milestone in introducing our smart cutting technologies to the sophisticated demands of the South European home textile sector.
